In the first ever rapid-fire website critique, I take on the website for Tracie Bea Photography.
Tracie is a family and kids photographer (among other things, as I discuss in the critique) in Minnentonka, MN.
And now that I’m looking up that city, I’m second-guessing her spelling choice for “photographie.” I originally thought she was from outside the U.S. with that spelling. So, not only is it misleading, but it’s certainly not what her target market is going to be searching for. That’s a tragedy for SEO.
Enjoy the critique. I hope you find it valuable. Don’t forget to subscribe to our YouTube channel and hit the little bell to make sure you get notifications.
What’s a rapid-fire critique?
It’s where I set a timer for 30 minutes and navigate through a website off-the-cuff. I point out what’s good, what’s bad, and what’s ugly in terms of design, conversion, strategy, copywriting, user flow, etc.
